Product Description
This deepwater native of New Zealand’s oceans is sometimes also called Blue Nose Bass or Blue Nose Snapper. It has a mild, springy pink flesh that cooks up white. It is neither a true snapper nor sea bass. It freezes well, but New Zealand anglers consider it most excellent when fresh. Like other mild fish, goes well with Chardonnay.
